 Railway Street Corporate Centre is located on Railway Street SE in the sub-market neighborhood of Deerfoot Meadows, a premier central suburban office and retail location. Located in the South Central suburbs of Calgary, the office campus is easily accessed by Deerfoot Trail to the east, Glenmore Trail to the North, and Blackfoot Trail to the West. 

The heritage value of the Imperial Bank of Canada building lies in its impressive Neoclassical architectural style and its reflection of the dynamic commercial growth of Calgary at the turn of the century. Between 1886 and 1887, the I. G. Baker Company collaborated with businessmen John Lineham and Matthew Dunn to erect two adjacent, identical sandstone buildings in Calgary's rapidly developing downtown core. 

The Merchants Bank Building is a two-storey, sandstone structure initially constructed in 1889 and rebuilt in the Neoclassical Revival style in 1904. It is distinguished by its elaborate fanlight window, rusticated first storey and a rooftop balustrade.  The Doll Block is a three-storey building, situated along downtown Calgary's historic Stephen Avenue Mall. Louis Henry Doll, a successful jeweler, completed what he called "Doll's Diamond Palace" in 1907. Deeply affected by the untimely death of his daughter in that same year, Doll lost interest in his business. In 1910, D.E. Black, a former apprentice of Doll's, moved his jewelry business into the building and during the Christmas rush of 1911 became the victim of what was then the largest diamond heist in Calgary's history 

 The Victoria Park School in Calgary, also known as the Victoria Sandstone School, is a historic sandstone building from 1912 located in the Victoria Park neighborhood. While no longer a school, it is a protected historic resource and is now home to the Calgary Parks Foundation. The school is a significant example of Edwardian Classical architecture, showcasing Calgary's growth in the early 20th century and contrasting with the modern high-rises that now surround it.
